Ready-mixed, setting-type cementitious composition having separately packaged accelerator
The joint filler composition includes calcium sulfate hemihydrate which does not hydrate due to a retarder formed of an proteinaceous retarder and a chelating agent. This first component has a long shelf-life. The second component is an accelerator based on aluminium or iron(III) salts. According to EP0681998 this inhibitor-combination causes problems because of insufficient shelf-life.
