Material characterization of steel fibre reinforced concrete The paper deals with x-ray, Neutron computer tomography, ultrasound pulse attenuation, and acoustic emission (AE) analysis. It is shown that AE tensor inversion is a powerful tool to investigate the damage growth and damage extension in steel fibre reinforced concrete. Hrsg.: H.W. Reinhardt, C.U. Grosse, B. Acoustic waves to monitor the setting of hydraulic concrete An experimental non destructive device based on the propagation of acoustic waves (compressional waves) at low frequency (100 - 1000 Hz) is used to characterize continuously the setting of hydraulic concrete. Furthermore rheological parameters were calculated for the material. Hrsg.: Laurent Arnaud, Sandrine Thinet, Ecole Nationale des Travaux Publics de l'Etat
