Joint Filler based on alpha-hemihydrate (1987) (German)
Joint filler formulation based on alpha hemihydrate, fine grain calcium carbonate, 0.1 to 0.4% by weight of an alkaline salt of carbonic acid, 1.5 to 2.0% by weight of a thickener in the form of starch ether, 0.3 to 0.6% by weight of a water-retention agent in the form of methylcellulose, 2.5 to 5.0% by weight of a mixture of a vinyl polymer and polyvinyl alcohol in the form of a dispersion powder, 0.5 to 2.5% by weight of fibres and an accelerator/retarder combination as well as small quantities of gelifying agent and a polyelectrolyte.

Joint filler based on alpha hemihydrate, ready to use, two-parts (2001) (German)
A two part joint compound which sets by hydration of calcium sulfate hemihydrate to gypsum. One part includes a thickener, the calcium sulfate hemihydrate, along with a non-calcium bearing phosphate set preventer. It contains water, but remains unset for at least 18 month. The second part is the set initiator.

Joint Filler based on alpha-hemihydrate (1995) (German)
The joint filler comprises alpha hemihydrate, methylcellulose, starch ethers, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose fibres, ground limestone and mica, and also a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer and/or a vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate copolymer and also flocculants, accelerators and retarders. The mineral mixture of alpha hemihydrate, ground limestone and mica is milled to a particular particle size distribution. Together with the synthetic polymer component this gives a joint filler which, as a result of its behaviour, has very good processability, non-sag properties and excellent joint strength.
